The Indian market is eagerly waiting for the new generation Renault Duster. Based on the details and photos released so far, it is evident that the Duster will undergo a complete transformation from its previous iteration. It can also get a new hybrid engine option, along with great looks and luxury interiors. Meanwhile, Carpoint has launched a rendering set of modified Renault Duster. The German dealer is an expert in customizing Renault models. Carpoint has previously launched many other modified versions. We can inform you that Carpoint is currently selling the 3rd generation Duster in the global market.

The design and features of the modified model are being discussed.

This model has undergone numerous modifications. It includes a custom wrap, a wide body kit, large alloy wheels, and a lowering kit. The stock Renault Duster already boasts a robust profile. These modifications help give it an even more attractive road presence. The Renault Duster 3 Carpoint Edition body kit features flared fenders and sleek extensions for the front and rear bumpers. The bonnet has a hood scoop. A sporty element has been added to the door garnish.

>> For a better look and feel, Carpoint has used red color accents on the bumper, hood scoop, fender, and door garnish. Carpoint has also painted the brake calipers red. The stock units, which appear to be 20- or 21-inch units, are replaced with larger alloy wheels. Ultra-low-profile tires, significantly wider than the original units, adorn these wheels. The stock Renault Duster has a class-leading ground clearance of 217mm.

Hybrid and mild hybrid setup provided

Engine options on Renault’s 3rd generation Duster include a self-charging hybrid and a 1.3 TCe mild-hybrid setup. The first generates 138 horsepower, while the 1.3-liter engine gives 128 horsepower. Even though the power output of the mild hybrid engine is less in comparison, it is the only option available with AWD. This makes it a better option for the modified Duster CarPoint Edition. It is believed that the New Gen Duster can come into the Indian market around Diwali next year. Its price can be close to 10 lakhs. At the same time, it will come in a 7-seater configuration.
